Only a single Mom would call working in an office 4 days a week for 4 weeks a 'vacation'. No whining, no waiting on, no waking up in the middle of the night, no mushy arrowroot cookie all over my shirt... grown-ups all day, catching up with friends, riding the streetcar, people-watching, having someone else cook... It's been great.

My family and friends have really come through for me and I love 'em all to bits. My boys and I are loved and there's nothing better.

I am lacking a bit of 'material' being away for most of the week... will update soon. Oh, and how many times can a 4 yr-old listen to U2's 'Sexy Boots' in a one hour car ride? Stay tuned.
